For returns please follow these guidelines and
return products to ARIZONA INK.
To obtain credit for non-defective
products returns: Supplies must be unopened,
packaging unmarked and in re-sellable condition. A 20%
restocking fee will apply.
For credit or replacement of defective
products: please return the defective product in
original container with all packing materials and a copy or
description of the problem/defect.
All returns MUST include a test
copy of problem
reported.
